Services
Our services fall into two main areas: formal insolvency appointments and general advice. Within these we offer assistance to companies, partnerships and individuals – businesses and non-traders struggling with loans and credit cards.
Formal Insolvency
We accept appointments as Administrators, Administrative Receivers, Liquidators and Supervisors (of Voluntary Arrangements) of companies. We have also handled more unusual assignments such as Sequestrations and Criminal Justice Act work.
We have acted as Liquidators of solvent companies as a tax efficient means of helping groups of companies simplify their affairs, or simply to enable the owners to retire.
For individuals, we act as Trustees in Bankruptcy and Supervisors of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs).
Advice
In addition to advising on insolvency procedures, we offer general guidance to directors, sole traders and partnerships when their business has a problem. Often we can assist with turning the business round or restructuring it.
We also conduct business reviews or solvency reviews for lenders and other stakeholders to assess their risk and to help them protect their position.
We have also assisted many individuals who have been made bankrupt in obtaining an annulment of the bankruptcy from the Court.
Summary
The key element to success for our clients is often timing. The earlier we are consulted, the more options we can explore and the better the outcome is likely to be for each individual case.
We offer an initial consultation free of charge and without obligation.
Unlike many other organisations, we guarantee that every consultation will be conducted by a fully qualified and experienced Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
